We arrived late at night and the owner stayed up to greet us with a friendly welcome. My son has food allergies and the owner did everything he could to cater for him at breakfast. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the city centre in a fairly quiet location. The general area felt safe and the owner has access to an off street parking area nearby at no extra cost which has an attendant there during the day. The owner (Shaban) speaks English to a decent standard.
Shaban was a great host, answering any query about travel etc in Kosovo (I went to Prizren & Gracania via Bus). Good hearty fresh breakfast, included Burek. Massive room, clean and quiet. Good location, near to center, walkable, but also out far enough to be quiet, in a really nice safe area.

Wonderful kind host! Helped us carrying bags all the way to top floor. Internet worked good. Cozy room, good breakfast! a bit away from the center, but you can reach it by foot 10-15 minutes.
